3.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your v444 login credentials, including your username and password. v444 strongly recommends using a unique, strong password that you do not use for any other service. You must notify v444 customer support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
3.2 Activity Under Your Account. All activity that occurs under your v444 account — whether initiated by you or by a third party who gains access through your credentials — is your responsibility. v444 will not be liable for losses incurred as a result of unauthorised account access where you have failed to take reasonable steps to secure your login information.
3.3 Account Transfers Prohibited. v444 accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, assign, or otherwise make available your account to any third party. Any attempt to do so will result in immediate termination of the account and forfeiture of any remaining balance.
3.4 Account Inactivity. An account that has not recorded any login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months is considered inactive. v444 reserves the right to apply a monthly administration fee to inactive accounts as set out in the current fee schedule. Players will be notified by email before any inactivity fees are applied. To reactivate an inactive account, simply log in and contact customer support.
3.5 Account Closure. You may request closure of your v444 account at any time by contacting customer support. Prior to closure, any remaining real-money balance (after deduction of any outstanding bonus wagering requirements) will be returned to the payment method used for your last deposit, subject to identity verification.

4.2 Deposit Processing. All deposits must originate from a payment account or instrument that is registered in your own legal name. v444 does not accept third-party deposits. Deposits that cannot be attributed to the account holder will be returned to the source and the associated v444 account may be reviewed for compliance purposes.
4.3 Withdrawal Conditions. To request a withdrawal, your account must have completed KYC verification and any applicable bonus wagering requirements must have been satisfied. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to the limits and processing times of that method.
4.4 Withdrawal Verification. v444 reserves the right to request additional identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal, regardless of whether prior KYC has been completed. This is a standard anti-money-laundering procedure and is applied uniformly, not as a reflection of any suspicion of wrongdoing by the player.
4.5 Currency. All v444 player wallets are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No currency conversion takes place within the platform. Any charges arising from currency conversion by third-party payment providers are entirely outside v444's control and are the player's responsibility.
5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses and promotional offers made available through v444 are subject to the specific terms stated at the time of the offer, as well as these general bonus terms. In the event of any conflict, the specific offer terms take precedence.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds are not immediately withdrawable. They must be wagered the number of times specified in the applicable offer before any withdrawal can be made. For example, a bonus with a 20x wagering requirement applied to a Rs 1,000 bonus requires a total of Rs 20,000 in qualifying wagers before the bonus balance or any winnings from it become withdrawable.
5.3 Game Contributions. Different game types may contribute different percentages toward satisfying wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%. Live casino table games, sports betting, and other game types may contribute a lower percentage or may be excluded from wagering requirement calculations entirely. 9.3 Third-Party Game Content. 10.1 No Warranties. v444 provides its Services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, v444 makes no warranties or representations of any kind, whether express or implied, regarding the availability, reliability, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of the platform or its Services.
10.2 Limitation. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, v444's total aggregate liability to any player for any loss, damage, or claim arising from or related to the use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.3 Exclusions. v444 accepts no liability for: loss of profits, loss of data, indirect or consequential losses; losses arising from telecommunications failures, internet outages, or device malfunctions; losses arising from force majeure events including but not limited to natural disasters, civil unrest, or government action; or losses arising from your own breach of these Terms & Conditions.
11.1 Right to Amend. v444 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The revised terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date. For material changes, v444 will endeavour to notify registered players via their registered email address or via a platform notification upon next login.
11.2 Acceptance of Revised Terms. Your continued use of v444 following the posting of revised Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of those revised terms. If you do not agree with any updated terms, you should cease using the platform and contact customer support to arrange account closure and return of any real-money balance.
